30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@nordicdrop.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund – you won’t need to send the item back.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (in which case we cover it).
