At NordicDrop, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and most European countries (EU + UK, Norway, Switzerland).
Shipping Times
United States: 7–15 business days
Europe (EU, UK): 7–20 business days
Norway & Switzerland: 10–25 business days
Please note: these are estimated delivery times. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), shipping may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders! No minimum purchase required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email. You can also track your order directly on our website. Please allow 2–5 days after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear.
Customs & Duties (European Orders)
For orders shipped to Europe, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@nordicdrop.com. We’ll investigate and work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
